Midterm Rentals
What
One of our specialties is creating furnished units for midterm (or medium term rentals). All of our units are professionally designed and furnished. While many midterm rentals are furnished with leftover items from thrift stores and Facebook Martketplace, we strive to provide higher end furnishings and decor. Our kitchens are stocked with everything that you need from plates, glasses, and silverware, to pots and pans and small appliances like toasters, blenders, and coffee machines.

All of our furnished rentals include all utilities including high speed internet and basic cable with DVR. Our Smart TVs also have streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube TV, Peacock, and Discovery+, which you can access with your own subscriptions.
Who
We most often find that it is traveling professionals looking for midterm furnished rentals. Whether this is a traveling nurse or clinician, a corporate executive on a shorter assignment, or a digital nomad, we have units for everyone. We can also provide corporate housing for businesses, temporary housing for insurance companies that need to place displaced homeowners, seasonal workers, and homeowners that are in the process of building or renovating their homes. ​
Where
Our properties are all located in Saint Joseph, MI but we plan to add additional properties throughout Southwest Michigan. We currently have 4 furnished units in a beautiful 8-unit apartment building walking distance to downtown Saint Joseph and Lake Michigan. We also have a number of single family homes throughout Saint Joseph that we may furnish in the near future. The properties are all in close proximity to Lakeland Medical Center, the Whirlpool campuses, and Cook Nuclear Power Plant.

When
Unlike many midterm rentals in the area which turn to short-term rentals during popular times of the year, our midterm rental options are available year round. We have a minimum 30-day stay as required by city ordinances. Most of our guests stay from 3-to-6 months, but anything from 1 month to a full year is possible. See below for booking options.

Booking with us
Individuals looking for furnished midterm rentals can book with us directly on Furnished Finder or Airbnb. We are in the process of creating a direct booking option that will allow you to view available units and book directly through this website.
